Clean Cabin Air Pressurizer (CCAP)

The Clean Cabin Air Pressurizer (CCAP) is a three-stage, externally mounted filtration system that continuously pushes clean, filtered air into the operator's cab and maintains positive pressure inside, preventing outside contaminants from leaking in through seals, doors, and vents. It is the most effective line of defense against respirable dust, silica, asbestos fibers, diesel particulate matter, smoke, mold, fertilizer, pesticides, lead, and other hazardous airborne materials that operators are exposed to in mining, landfill, construction, agricultural, and demolition work.

CCAP systems deliver air up to 200x cleaner than competing cab filtration products at 0.3 microns, the particle size most damaging to human lungs. The unit installs on the exterior of the cab and integrates with the existing HVAC system without voiding equipment warranties. Filtered air is drawn in through a high-capacity pre-filter, passed through a carbon bed, and finally through a true HEPA-grade filter before being pressurized and delivered into the cabin.

How It Works

The CCAP pulls ambient air through its external intake, passes it through the three-stage filter bank, and then pressurizes the filtered air into the cabin interior. Because the cab is held at a slightly higher pressure than the outside environment, no unfiltered air can enter the operator space. Optional upgraded filters (ECO-9990, ECO-9999, and NH3 chemical filters) are available for sites with specific chemical or ammonia exposure concerns.
